If you have lost or mis-placed your emailed printable tickets, or never received
them when you placed your order, please fill out this form to have them re-sent.
Please note that there is only one entry per barcode, so multiple print-outs of
the same ticket will only allow one entry at the gate. Any subsequent scans will
be rejected.
If you didn't receive your emailed printable tickets when you first placed your
order, please ensure that your mailbox is not full and that your account will accept
email from info@thequb.com - you may also want to check your junk mail folder as
your tickets may already be there if they were marked as junk by your mail server.
When you submit your email address through this form, we will search the system
for all emailed printable tickets to upcoming events using that address and re-send
each one.
If you don't remember which email address you used, or if your email address has
changed, please Contact Us with your
Order Number, full name and full billing address so we can find your order and get
you your tickets.
